Sharm El Sheikh:
Sharm El Sheikh is the Red Sea resort for SCUBA diving, snorkeling, and family fun. In the heart of Sinai with thousands of years of history and year-round sunshine, Sharm El Sheikh is considered one of Egypt's top holiday destinations. It is a European style holiday resort which was developed with a very cosmopolitan feel.
Sharm El Sheikh is the start point to Ras Mohamed National Park, the famous SS Thistlegorm wreck, and the Strait of Tiran.
Both Dahab and Sharm El Sheikh could be dove all the year round with some highlights in this amazing specific ecosystem:
February and March are favorable for the seeing the big pelagius such as whale sharks and manta rays.
July and August are turtles breeding time.
August and September are the feeding and mating call for hammerhead sharks coming up in shallower waters from the deep.
Weather is good all the year round in both Dahab and Sharm El Sheikh because of their unique geographical location: closer to the equator than Europe and being surrounded by mountains from almost all angles. Average temperatures in Sharm El Sheikh are as follows:
